In order to allow spa guest the ultimate spa experience and relaxation, all services are 25 minute sessions unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Add on services may be performed based on availability and will be charged at full price.
Each invited guest needs to be informed about the importance of being on time. Late arrivals may miss the first service.
Although situations and unexpected delays do arise, it is very important that every guest be ready to begin enjoying services at the time requested. If someone in the group is not present when services begin they will join into the rotation on the second service but will have to forfeit the first. Additional charges may have to be incurred in order to cover delays. Please understand our goal is to have everyone experience the royal treatment.

Payment/Cancellation/Rescheduling Terms
All group events and private parties booked will require an initial deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled services or a minimum of $185.00. This initial deposit is 100% refundable if reservations are cancelled 10 days in advance of the scheduled date. We will charge your credit card for the deposit amount during the 10 days before the scheduled date, at which point it will be non-refundable.
